The cashback you get is real money – you can withdraw it fast and easily without any limitations. All you need to do it put a tick next to “Cashback” option in your personal area settings and enjoy the additional profit without any special efforts made.

How to get FBS Cashback?

Please, kindly check the condition of the Cashback service.

The important thing is that you can switch it on only if you do not have a Partner (IB).

You can switch it on for each of your accounts. Its not switched on automatically, so you should do it by yourself.

To enable the cashback, please, find the "Promotions" tab, then choose "Cashback".

In the opened page, choose the needed account and click on the button to activate cashback.

You can find the full table of Cashback commissions on the website.

In this table, the number is the amount of dollars/cents, that you will receive for trading 1 lot with a particular currency pair on a particular account type.

Cashback is always given during the first hours of the next day.
Lets say you trade on 01.01, according to all the conditions.
In this case, you will receive your cashback at about 03:00 on 02.01 (GMT +03:00 time zone).

Cashback is given from 1 cent amount and only for the closed orders. So if you open an order on 01.01. and close it on 02.01, then the cashback will reach you in the early morning on 03.01.

Also, please, kindly be noted, that the difference between the opening and closing price on the complete transaction should exceed 5 points regardless of whether it is profitable or not (the value is valid for 4-digit quotes. For 5-digit quotes a difference between the opening and closing price should exceed 59 points).

For example, if you open an order on Cent account AUDCAD with volume 1 lot at the opening price 1.00000 and close it at 1.00060 (or open at 1.00060 and close at 1.00000) you will be able to get 6 cents.

If you open an order on Cent account AUDCAD with 1 lot volume at 1.00000 opening price and close it at 1.00059 (or open at 1.00059 and close at 1.00000), you will not get a commission.

If you open an order on Cent account AUDCAD with 0.17 lot volume at 1.00000 opening price and close it at 1.00060 (or open at 1.00060 and close at 1.00000), you will get 1 cent.

If you open an order on Cent account AUDCAD with 0.01 lot volume at 1.00000 opening price and close it at 1.00060 (or open at 1.00060 and close at 1.00000), you will not get a commission, because, the minimum Cashback amount to be paid is 1 cent.

Please, kindly note that cashback is not paid for trading on Welcome Bonus accounts and ECN account.

Why you can’t get FBS Cashback?

Please, kindly be informed that cashback is always given during the first hours of the next day.
Lets say you trade on 01.01, according to all the conditions.

In this case, you will receive your cashback at about 03:00 on 02.01. (GMT+3).

Cashback is given from 1 cent amount and only for the closed orders. So, if you open an order on 01.01. and close it on 02.01, then the cashback will reach you in the early morning on 03.01.

Also, please, kindly be noted, that the difference between the opening and closing price on the complete transaction should exceed 5 points regardless of whether it is profitable or not (the value is valid for 4-digit quotes. For 5-digit quotes a difference between the opening and closing price should exceed 59 points).

Don’t see "Cashback" opntion in Personal Area

Please, kindly be informed that you can apply for a cashback only in case your Personal Area is not attached to any Partner. It seems like your Personal Area is attached to the Partner account at the moment.

To apply for a cashback, you need to detach your Personal Area by sending a request to [email protected].

Please, kindly note that cashback is not paid for the trading on Welcome Bonus accounts and ECN accounts.
